Reveenka mittens finished

Thene I was finished with my first mittens I have ever knitted, and there will defiantly be more to come 😉

First mittens finish, presenting Revvenka from Eventyrskogen

I have never knitted mittens before, so when I was so lucky to win a yarn packet with Tumi from Rauma from Frida alias Silkesauen. Frida is also the designer to Reveenka, that is in Votter fra Eventyrskogen and here they are, the first mitten I have knitted. The right mitten to Revvenka 🙂 I used knitting needles 3.5 mm, that is in the limit for me. So need for the future, to knit with smaller needles. Even so, I love to knit with Rauma’s Tumi yarn 50%wool&alpakka.

Wristlets pattern for November

For November, I choosed Sokkelo funny and very easy braid pattern.

The first one I knitted with HK Joy yarn, I misread the pattern. So they ended up a little bit different, then the original. What I learned from that, was that I did not thought it was nice with just knitted inside.

Here they are with my turn of Sokkelo:

and here they are knitted with Jojoland Quartette, color 504, this yarn is discounted. I also made theme here different, knitted braid inside and ended with i-cord on the top.
